uhhh.. so even though I already started animating the above character for my film I only just now figured out his overall design. I think.. to be honest this is god knows what version of this poor fella.. he's gone through many many many designs to say the least.

I read the "pew pew" in Droopy's voice and it seemed to fit fairly well :p
