3d madness

well I was working on this random super hero idea today while at work but some weird double layer BS happened when I extruded an area for the mask going over the eyes.. and well, i've gone too far to fix it, but i'm posting it anyway for the heck of it. (i'll make another attempt at something similar tomorrow and hopefully complete it without any mundane problems)

Chicken Fucker / Cafe Sketes / Hudson

Soo this is a montage of a post including such things as concept ideas for the well known super villain "chicken fucker" (and the chicken coop) followed by some cafe sketches, and then things will be finished off with an incredibly awesome dog named Hudson; of whom I had the pleasure of dog sitting for a couple weeks as or recent. (poor little guy was skunked while under my supervision, but luckly I got the scent out of his skin before handing him back to his owner)

Speedy Painting

Because I didn't feel like scanning any of my work I did a little speed painting in the meantime.
On a side note, I changed my blog layout and as a result I've lost links to people on the right hand side. On top of that, there's a tonne of people that I need to add to my blog but I'm never in the mood to do so; but one of these days I'll get around to it. ... yup

Coral Reef

I decided to say the hell with work today and just did my own thing. That thing being some studies on coral reef for something i'm working on at the moment. Oh and by the way, these studies were done with the aid of alias sketchbook pro. It's all I use now when it comes to sketching since it feels so natural... almost.. too natural. So if you've never used this program before, I highly suggest you try it out.

final character design assignment of year #2. This is probably my favorite character designed by me, although his lack of neck was a bit annoying to work with.



i've just recently starting mucking around with sculpey so this is a face in the makings that still has pleanty to be done with it. ( i have used clay when I was high school.. but that high school, and the art program was shit, therefore it doesn't count)
